中核西北建设集团（简称中核西北集团）是经国家工商总局审核设立，是以中核西北建设集团有限公司（原名称核工业西北工程建设总公司）为核心企业组建的，是一家集建设工程设计、施工、房地产开发、物业管理为一体的大型国有建设集团。
核心企业中核西北建设集团有限公司成立于1992年，前身是我国原子能工业在西北地区一支重要的工程施工队伍，修筑了高标准的国防公路、战备隧道、矿山隧道、洞库车间和厂房及民用建筑等工程，为我国国防事业做出了重要贡献。
公司注册资金5.5亿元，2006年通过了“质量、环境、职业健康安全三合一”管理体系认证。公司持有公路工程施工总承包壹级、房屋建筑工程施工总承包壹级、市政公用工程施工总承包贰级、矿山工程施工总承包贰级、地基与基础工程专业承包壹级、桥梁工程专业承包壹级、隧道工程专业承包壹级、公路路基工程专业承包壹级，试验检测公路综合乙级，建筑设计乙级，房地产开发三级，物业管理三级等各项资质。
中核西北建设集团有限公司是中陕核集团批准并出资设立的全资子公司。公司设董事会、监事会、经理层。经理层管理机构包括“十中心一室“,分别为综合管理中心；党群工作中心；工程管理中心；技术质量管理中心；经营发展中心；企业管理中心；资产财务管理中心；安全环保管理与应急中心；监察与审计中心；法务中心；一带一路办公室。
中核西北集团有7个法人资格的直属子公司，分别为陕西核地源实业有限公司；中核西安物业管理有限公司；中核西安建筑工程物资有限公司；中核西安工程检测有限公司；陕西秦星核工业工程建设有限公司；陕西天宇建筑设计有限公司；中核西北建设集团安徽有限公司。设立了四川分公司；江西分公司；汉中分公司；甘青分公司；重庆分公司；北京分公司；新疆办事处等7个分支机构。
目前公司的主要管理人员819人，其中本科以上学历491人。中级以上职称380人，取得一级建造师等国家各类执业资格注册人员共196人。
中核西北建设集团先后在新疆、广东、甘肃、湖南、陕西、湖北、山东、河南、云南、青海、四川、重庆等地承建了多项大型工程建设项目。其中：
高等级公路代表工程：上海至成都高速公路武汉至荆门段一期土建工程、河南省濮阳至范县高速公路土建工程、北京至昆明G5高速公路四川雅安经石棉至泸沽段土建工程、延安安塞经志丹至吴起高速公路路基桥隧工程、大广高速公路龙南里仁至杨村（赣粤界）段土建工程等。
房屋建筑及开发代表工程：合肥滨湖新区滨湖欣园住宅小区、山东魏桥工业园第八生活区高层住宅楼及附属工程、西南科技大学综合实验楼房建工程、陕西省核工业地调院一期建设项目施工工程、西安市民用航天基地山水岭秀住宅楼A组团施工工程等。
市政建设代表工程：合肥新桥国际机场通道工程、合肥珠江路（徽州大道-环湖北路）工程、合肥市文忠路工程、西安市浐灞三角洲二环路跨东三环桥梁工程、西安市浐灞东西一号路道路及排水工程，合肥市环巢湖大道工程等。
军用及核电代表工程：海军1413-2工程洞库新建工程、福建云霄青径风电场工程、解放军63820部队四川锦阳099工程总图外线东区工程等。

The Core business was established in 1992. Its predecessor is an important engineering team of the atomic energy industry in the northwest region, which constructed outstanding projects including the high standard national highways, readiness tunnels, mine tunnels, cavern workshops & factories, civilian buildings, et al. The company registered capital of 550 million Yuan, and passed IMS (QMS, EMS, OHSMS) in 2006. At present, the corporation holds more than ten national certifications, such as the first-class qualification in the field of highway construction general contract and building construction general contract, the second-class qualification in the field of Municipal engineering construction general contract and Mining engineering construction general contract，The contracting of Foundation and basic engineering, Bridge project, Tunnel engineering, and Highway roadbed engineering are Class A. Sino Nuclear Northwest Construction Group Co., Ltd. is the Wholly-owned subsidiaries of Sino Shaanxi Nuclear Industry Group. The company consists of directors, supervisors, and managers.
